$2 Bill Holiday Shopping Challenge

The Gift that Keeps on Giving

Join the challenge today!

Now, more than ever, local businesses need our support.  Shopping this holiday season will be different than in previous years, but we can help our communities thrive by joining together and spending our gift budgets locally.

We partnered with the Casper Star-Tribune and First State Bank for the $2 Bill Holiday Challenge to support our local businesses.  We encourage each of you to sign the pledge and commit to spending $100 of your gift budget locally.

Make your money count this holiday season. Join the $2 Bill Holiday Shopping Challenge to support local business and ensure a portion of your gift budget stays within your community.

Enjoy a happy and safe holiday season,
Ty Nelson
President, First Bank of Wyoming

When you're ready to start holiday shopping, think of local businesses within your community first.

Click here to sign the Casper Star-Tribune pledge (or look for it in the newspaper).  Individuals who join the pledge will be listed in the Tribune with a revenue goal each week to inspire more community members to sign the pledge and shop local.

Take $100 of your holiday shopping budget to your local First Bank of Wyoming or First State Bank branch and exchange it for fifty $2 bills.

Shop or donate to local nonprofit organizations with your $2 bills throughout the holiday season.

Businesses are encouraged to keep the $2 bills in circulation by giving them back to customers in change, keeping them moving within the local economy.  Businesses can also sign the pledge by clicking here.
