First Response Telephone Banking Menu Options

Before using First Bank's First Response Telephone Banking, please make sure you have your account number(s) handy. The first time you use First Response, you will be prompted to create a PIN for future access.
 
  • First, call 800.640.3033 from any phone.
  • Wait for the greeting and then follow the simple instructions given. You will be offered a series of menu options. To access these selections from the Opening Menu, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your phone.
  • You may press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
